After purchasing this quaint, yet dated, home from a family member—a young couple with a baby on the way knew it needed a lot of work to make it function for their modern lifestyle. The project became a full gut renovation of the entire first floor of the home—including the kitchen, living room, dining room, primary bathroom, primary bedroom and full guest bathroom. Walls were torn down, shifted and the entire floor plan was re-imagined to create an open concept flow that worked well for a growing family and entertaining. And just in time for baby!
